“My husband has been able to fix most of the necessary repairs in our home. However, Brea Electric came and helped us two years ago when we needed assistance with an electrical outage in our older home.
Recently, we called them again when a problem exceeded our ability to diagnose why we had random electricity outage throughout our home. I was in need of an electrician, then I saw their ad in an advertisement book and it said “Oldest Family Owned Business in Brea” that sold me. “Len Stray, a technician for Brea Electric according to his business card; was doing some work at my father’s house while I was resting on the couch. Mr. Stray caught my attention because of the rapidity with which he was communicating with my father. Most people write off my 75 year old father and go about their work. Len was not just dialoguing and being polite, but “using” the client to make the client happy and to make himself more efficient. Len seemed to sense that my dad could help solve his own problems and they would BOTH walk away happier. By then *I* wanted his business card!

All of you are about the most honest people who know how to handle business that is at hand and treat your customers with fairness and integrity. When you say the time you arrive for the appointment is the time you arrive. If you are going to be late you follow up with a call and let the customer know. I have not run across that type of caring very often nowadays..
The two electricians you sent to my house did a outstanding job in fixing all that needed to be done and they explained what they were doing as well.. Those two gentlemen were Len and Jeff. Anytime in the future when I need an electrician to come out I will be more than happy to have either one come to my house and do the repairs. They showed patience with me since I am at a disadvantage when it comes to electrical work.
When it came to paying the bill you were more than fair with me. I missed some repairs with Jeff when he was out and when Len came back three day later to fix the rest I was not charged for the call or repairs.. That was an outstanding concept in customer care for which I kindly thank you since I am on a tight budget..
All in all, I would recommend you company for electrical repairs anytime.. For my future electrical work I will call on Brea Electric to do the job.”

I had used Brea Electric before and was always satisfied with the service. Richard often would come himself at the beginning of a job and he was so cheerful and helpful. So, I called them again, hoping I could get some really incredible service. I was not disappointed. Laurie said she would see what she could do, as the drivers had already left for the morning. Next thing I knew, she was calling me back, wanting to know if she could send someone out immediately! OF COURSE! I rushed home in time to meet Israel, who was able to fix the problem in less than two hours. And it wasn’t even expensive. Not half of what I thought it would be.

I called and scheduled appointments with two other companies before I called Brea electric and both flacked out on me. I then called Richard at Brea Electric and he responded very quickly.
